Shipping policy

So long as the item of Pottery you have ordered is in stock we aim to send it to you within five working days. This is not however guaranteed. Unless you specificy ask for first class postage in order to keep carriage costs down UK orders are normally sent using second class postage untracked. 
Any item not delivered will be replaced free of charge. Please contact the pottery  for any problems re delivery.
